About Solis Roots
Solis Roots is a family-owned wholesale nursery located in Northwest Houston, TX. Founded in 2012 by José Solis. José brought over 30 years of experience from working at other wholesale nurseries in the Houston area. Solis Roots has grown into a trusted name among local landscapers. In 2023, José retired and handed over the operations to his sons, Julio and Jason Solis.

Meet the Solis Family
Julio and Jason Solis grew up helping their father at the nursery, learning the ins and outs of the business from a young age. Julio has experience in the landscape industry, running his own irrigation installation company. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to continuing their father’s legacy.
